Texas TicKids partners with organizations across DFW that directly serve underserved youth and families — connecting them to live arts, sports, cultural, and educational experiences that expand minds, create joy, and inspire dreams.
We do not provide access directly to individuals or families. Experiences are shared through approved affiliated charities that already know and serve the youth and families in their care.

A Good Partner Match

Your organization may be a good fit if you:

● Directly serve low-income, underserved, or at-risk youth and families, up to age 22

● Work with youth through programs such as mentoring, foster care, schools, shelters, after-school programs, family services, health programs, or youth development

● Have a reliable contact who checks email regularly and can communicate with Texas TicKids on an ongoing basis

● Can identify and coordinate participants when opportunities become available

● Are committed to submitting a post-event report after each experience — this is required and directly supports our donor accountability and funding

Eligible Organizations May Include:

● 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations

● Title I schools or schools serving primarily low-income students

● Government agencies serving youth and families

● Foster care, mentoring, shelter, family support, health, after-school, residential, or youth development programs

● Church-based outreach programs that serve the broader community

Texas TicKids Is Generally Not a Fit For:

● Individuals or families applying directly

● PTAs or PTOs

● Scout troops

● Church congregations seeking access only for their internal membership

Experiences are provided at no cost to approved organizations and the families they serve, made possible entirely through donor support, venue and event partnerships, technology, and staff time. There is no fee to become an affiliated charity.
