Terms and Conditions

By accepting tickets provided by Texas TicKids, Inc., I agree that it is solely the responsibility of the charity accepting these tickets to ensure that at least one qualified chaperone, and more if necessary considering the number of tickets provided and other factors, will be present, at the event and during transportation to and from the event, with the children receiving the tickets. I recognize that Texas TicKids, Inc. is not in a position to observe or take any part in the chaperone selection process, or any supervision of the children receiving tickets. ACCORDINGLY I AGREE THAT IN THE EVENT OF A CLAIM AGAINST TEXAS TICKIDS, INC., ITS EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS OR AGENTS FOR DAMAGES OR INJURY RELATED TO OR ARISING OUT OF ATTENDANCE BY CHILDREN OR CHAPERONES AT THE EVENT,  OR TRANSPORTATION TO OR FROM THE EVENT, THE CHARITY ACCEPTING THE TICKETS SHALL INDEMNIFY AND DEFEND TEXAS TICKIDS, INC., ITS EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS OR AGENTS FROM ANY SUCH CLAIMS.
