Since our beginning, TicKids has been actively helping less-fortunate children enjoy big sporting
events and live shows. We’re excited to find new ways to get our kids involved in the action.
Texas TicKids was born with an original donation from David Weekley Co. of $10,000, forming a 501(c)(3), building a board and hiring a director.
We have 275 participating charities. We have sent over 3000 kids and chaperones to Disney on Ice at Reliant in the last 4 years.
75,000 tickets placed to date involving 400 participating charities
100,000 tickets have been donated or purchased and provided to Children’s Charities across Houston and the greater East Texas Area.
Attended Rockets and Astros Playoff runs. Began working with Houston Police Dept. and the PALS program-Police Activities League
