Terms and Conditions

I understand that once a commitment is made by me to donate tickets, children's charities and ultimately the children themselves will rely on the delivery of the tickets.  Recognizing this, and in exchange for the agreement of Texas TicKids, Inc. to issue a tax receipt for the face value of the donated tickets, I agree to follow through with the delivery of the tickets as instructed. Texas TicKids, Inc. shall not be responsible for the manner in which the tax deductible receipt is used by me for Federal Income Tax purposes or otherwise.
